Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a return or refund is warranted.

All return and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly within 30 days of receiving your piano. Our team will carefully assess the situation, and if a return or refund is deemed appropriate, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
