It is of the utmost importance for us at Jackson Pianos to keep our family of employees and you, our clients and customers, safe while COVID-19 is a concern in our community. Jackson Pianos is diligently following the guidelines and recommendations put forward by the CDC and is taking extra precautions both in our shop and in the homes and businesses of our clients.

In our Showroom:
Our showroom is open during regular business hours but by appointment only. This helps us to limit the number of visitors and ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing between customers. Masks are required for entry. Please call or email for an appointment.

In the field on move, tuning, and repair visits:
Our movers and technicians are practicing distancing at all appointments; they are wearing fresh gloves or cleaning their hands between all locations, they are wiping down customer’s piano keys and any piano parts touched with sanitizing wipes before and after their service; and prior to using them, they are wiping down all tools and materials used for your service.

We ask that all clients and customers cancel their appointment if anyone in their household is ill.
